Thank you for using Pendova. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases through our platform.

No Refunds

All payments made on Pendova are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees for premium memberships
  • In-app purchases, credits, or tokens
  • Any other fees paid for additional services or features

Once a payment is completed, Pendova will not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Dissatisfaction with the app or its features
  • Failure to meet or connect with specific individuals
  • Personal circumstances preventing the use of the app
  • Technical issues on the user’s device or internet connection

Legal Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if and to the extent required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If such laws grant you statutory rights that cannot be excluded, our policy does not limit those rights.

App Store Purchases

If you made a purchase via an app store (e.g. Google Play Store or Apple App Store), all refund requests must comply with that store’s policies. Pendova does not process refunds for transactions made through third-party app stores. Please contact the app store directly for assistance.

Changes to This Policy

Pendova reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or app. Continued use of Pendova after changes means you accept the revised policy.
